Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-20. This is the agreement between you (the user) and Voxera, Inc. We've tried to write it like a human would. Where it isn't clear, email legal@usevoxera.com.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Voxera, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you're using Voxera on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

If you don't agree with these Terms, don't use the Service.

2. The Service

Voxera is an AI-native CRM. We provide pipelines, voice agents, inbound triage, reports, and integrations as described on /features. We change the Service over time — most changes make it better, some are tradeoffs. We'll let you know about material changes before they happen.

3. Your account

  • You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe. If you suspect an account has been compromised, tell us at security@usevoxera.com.
  • One human per account. Sharing logins is not allowed; invite teammates instead.
  • You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction (at least 18 in most places).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Voxera to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) or harass anyone.
  • Violate any law — including telemarketing, data protection, or do-not-call regulations.
  • Reverse engineer the Service, copy its UI, or use it to build a competing product.
  • Probe, attack, or attempt to bypass our security.
  • Upload data you don't have the right to process.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. Your data

You own the data you put into Voxera. We process it on your behalf to provide the Service. Details — including data processing terms and EU residency options — are in the Privacy Policy.

You can export your data at any time. After cancellation, we keep workspace data for 30 days, then delete or anonymize it.

6. Pricing and billing

Pricing for the Starter and Growth plans is at /pricing; the Scale plan is custom. We bill monthly or annually depending on your plan. Annual plans are paid up front. Overages (e.g., extra call minutes) are billed at the published rate; we notify you at 80% and 100% before charging.

If you don't pay, we may suspend the Service. We won't delete your data without telling you first.

7. Beta access

Voxera is currently in a closed beta. Access is by invitation. There's no public free trial today; if and when one launches we'll publish the terms here. Beta participants get a workspace set up by us and pricing is discussed before any billing starts.

8. AI and outputs

Voxera includes AI agents that talk to your leads, draft replies, and propose changes. A few things you should know:

  • The AI is working from your data. Reports come from real records, not the model guessing.
  • The AI proposes; you approve every change to the workspace. We do not auto-apply.
  • You're responsible for what the AI says on your behalf. We give you the controls (scripts, do-not-discuss topics, escalation rules) — you set the policy.
  • We use third-party LLM providers (currently OpenAI and Anthropic). Their use is governed by their terms; data they process is subject to our DPA.

9. Intellectual property

We own Voxera (the code, the brand, the docs). You own your data and your configurations. You grant us a limited license to host and process your data to provide the Service. That license ends when your account ends.

10. Warranties and disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI output will be accurate or appropriate for your use case. For mission-critical uses, build your own review process — we'd argue you should do that with any vendor.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these Terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

This does not limit liability for things you can't waive under your local law (e.g., gross negligence in some jurisdictions).

12. Termination

You can cancel any time from your account settings. Monthly plans end at the next billing cycle; annual plans get a prorated refund. We may terminate or suspend accounts for material breach (acceptable use, non-payment, fraud) — we'll notify you and give you a chance to fix it where it makes sense.

13. Changes to these Terms

We'll notify customers by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Non-material updates are posted here with a new "Last updated" date.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to the state and federal courts in San Francisco, California — unless your local consumer-protection law gives you a different forum, in which case that applies.

15. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms plus the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us.
  • If a provision is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
  • We won't waive a right by failing to enforce it.
  • You can't assign these Terms; we can assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition.
