Do I really need to describe my business — can't I just use a template?

You can start from a template if one matches your industry — Voxera has them ready for service businesses, agencies, and a few other common shapes. But the magic happens when you describe your business in your own words. A 10-minute conversation produces a CRM that fits 90% out of the box. A template gets you maybe 60%.

What if I make a mistake during setup?

Nothing you do during setup is permanent. Change your description, change a stage name, change a follow-up rule — at any point. The whole system is built to be edited in plain language by the people who actually run the business.

What if I don't trust the AI's suggestions?

Good. You shouldn't trust them by default — you should read them and decide. Voxera is designed so the AI proposes and you decide, always. If a suggestion doesn't make sense for your business, reject it. Voxera learns from your rejections too.

Can I import my existing leads?

Yes. CSV imports take a few minutes. Voxera will map fields automatically and ask you to confirm. We also import from most popular CRMs directly. Old activity history comes along too where it's available.
