The category was invented before AI could do the work. We're starting over — with the AI on the inside, and the person who runs the business firmly in control.
Every small and mid-sized business owner we talked to had the same problem. Their CRM was a glorified spreadsheet. Their team was drowning in follow-up tasks. The AI tools they tried sounded like robots reading scripts.
The truth is, the CRM as a category was designed thirty years ago. It assumed a sales team — people doing the work, the CRM remembering it. AI flips that. Now the CRM can do the work, and the people can focus on the decisions that actually matter.
But every AI sales tool we saw made the same mistake: it removed the human from the loop. We're building the opposite. Voxera does the work, but you approve every change, every script, every improvement. You stay the boss.
Every action Voxera takes that isn't reversible — a new workflow, a different script, a changed rule — comes to you as a proposal. You read it. You approve. You can always roll it back.
You always know what Voxera is doing and why. Every report comes from real data, not from a language model guessing. Every change leaves a trail. No black boxes.
We don't make you fit our templates. We listen to how you actually work and build a system around that. The CRM should serve the business — not the other way around.
We started Voxera after years of watching small and mid-sized businesses get stuck between two bad options. Hire more sales people they couldn't afford, or buy software that promised the world and delivered a glorified contact list.
The early team came from companies where we'd built voice AI, internal tools, and large-scale operations software. We'd seen what AI could do in 2024 and 2025 — really do, in production, with real customers. We'd also seen what happens when companies move too fast and the AI starts making decisions nobody asked it to make.
So we set out to build the version that actually works for the businesses that need it most. Not the Fortune 500. The 5-to-100-person companies. The ones whose owners answer their own phones at night. The ones whose growth is bottlenecked not by demand, but by capacity.
Voxera is for them. And we're just getting started.
Voxera is a team of five: a CEO, a COO, one engineer, and two sales reps. We split our time between San Francisco, USA and Sfax, Tunisia.
We answer our own support emails. We talk to customers every week. The roadmap is shaped by what they actually need — not by a deck.
If you'd like to know who's building it, just ask — we'll happily get on a call.
